Machans Beach Outside School Hours Care is open Monday to Friday:
Before School Care: 6.30am – 8.30am (breakfast available)
After School Care: 2.50pm – 5.50pm (afternoon tea provided)
Vacation Care and student free days: 7.00am – 6.00pm
Places are available on a permanent or casual basis. Child care subsidy available to those eligible.
We strive to operate a home like environment which is designed around free play and child-initiated experiences. Largely comprising of loose parts, children's agency and autonomy is strongly promoted as is the holistic development of the child through play, nature play and the development of life skills.
Our planned program is diverse and derived from children's suggestions and educator observations with activities such as arts and crafts, sports, cooking, sewing, music and much more!
