Enrolments

 Information about our school is available on this website.  Enrolment paperwork is available for download on the right hand side of this page under 'Related Links'.  You may also obtain an enrolment package from the school office.   

2. The enrolment  

Please complete all enrolment paperwork in full and return to the office prior to the enrolment interview when possible to do so.

Additional documentation required at enrolment;

• original birth certificate (not required if transferring from another Queensland State School).
  
• passport and current visa is required for any student born overseas and not an Australian Citizen.
• if transferring from a non Queensland State School, please provide a current Student Report.
• students with disabilities – relevant medical reports associated with diagnosis
  
• medical Action Plans e.g. Anaphylaxis or Asthma 
  

3. The interview  

It is important for the prospective student to be present at the enrolment interview.  You can contact the Office on (07) 4037 4222 to arrange the interview at a mutually convenient time.
